Home Phlebotomy:
When it is too difficult, or inconvenient to go to the laboratory draw station, the Onsite Phlebotomist will come to you. Many chronic illnesses require regular monitoring through laboratory analysis. Onsite accomplishes this task and assumes the responsibility for tracking and scheduling future laboratory testing requirements. Onsite Phlebotomists have superior skills and national certification. We can service pediatric through geriatric clients with ease and comfort.

Consultation and Referral:
Onsite Nurse Concierge has a vast resource network. Evaluation and consultation with patients and families help to identify needs and establish goals. Onsite can develop a mutually agreed upon careplan to accomplish those goals. The Onsite Nurse Concierge can provide or refer any medical discipline required from a Physician that makes house calls, to a Speech Therapist. We can help you understand the difference between Homecare and Hospice. We can assist you in finding alternative placement if necessary to a Retirement Community, Assisted Living Facility, or a Board and Care.

Skilled Nursing Care:
Nursing is at the heart of Onsite Nurse Concierge. To be an Onsite Nurse requires dedication and the proper mix of art and science. The Nurse’s most important role is to be the patient advocate. Our in- home nursing services are custom tailored to your needs and schedule. Everything from brief supportive nursing visitation through the continuum of 24 hour private duty nursing care is available. High Technology Nursing Services such as IV therapy, Ventilator Care, and Dialysis are also available.

Injections and Infusions:
Many Acute or Chronic Illnesses require treatment with medications that are injected or infused. This can range from subcutaneous, intramuscular, to intravenous. Frequency can vary from once a month to several times daily. Whatever is required, Onsite Nurse Concierge can deliver.

Caregiver Guidance Program:
Are you responsible for providing care to a partner, dependent, family member, or other loved one? If the answer is yes, you may be in need of support and training, education and assistance in how to provide this care to the best of your ability. Onsite Nurse Concierge can address your concerns and assist you in developing the necessary skills required to meet the challenges you face. Our caregiver guidance program is provided by experienced professionals from various disciplines based on your needs. These include: R.N., L.V.N., CHHA, P.T., O.T., R.T., and S.T.
